“I started at Neugebauer Elektrotechnik in May 2013 as a working student. I then started my dual study programme in September and successfully completed my training in June 2015. I was taken on directly as a fitter and was promoted to head of the CAD department in June 2017.”

I had completed my training as an electrician in Bochum and then did nine months of community service. After that, I worked in several smaller companies and finally came to Elomech.”
